"Kak, jom makan nasi...saya baru nak buka puasa..." And i couldn't say no sebab last sekali makan nasi was on Sunday...but..nasib baik syaitan itu berjaya dikawal, 5 sudu saja...hahahah nak sedapkan hati, lima sudu beb..after that landing in my room...arghhhhh!!! Tidakkkk..menyesal gila...nak exercise sikit punya suffer balik rumah sempoi je bantai nasi...dushhhh! Ok done with that..next time kena baca Bismillah banyak-banyak supaya syaitan menjauh...
Basically aku suka beli buah kedai nyonya tua depan office tu tapi kalau satu plastik siap potong bersamaan sebiji apple dia jual RM1.50, mahal juga dan kalau kali 5, dah RM7.50 untuk lima hari. Kalau beli kat Jusco tepi rumah, dengan jumlah RM7.50 tu aku dah boleh dapat 7 biji apple dan maknanya boleh makan sebiji setiap hari untuk seminggu. Jadi, aku beli apple Jusco (nak juga sebut Jusco...konon! Hahaha...)
Ok this is not about Jusco, apple, calculation or stingy but this is about a good food for a healthy life. Since i participate in KFC, im being fussy about food and few things. Im pretty sure all of us knows about this phrase...an apple a day keep a doctor away from us. I choose red apple because the sugar is more than the green one. Eventho i have diabetes and need to control sugar intake in daily routine, but i need sugar. So i choose to have sugar from fruits.
One more thing, it's about how you manage the food, the storage of the food. Like apple, it is rich with oxidant and if we let it like a normal fruit, the texture is getting bad like 'lemau' then the colour turn on to brown. That's what where the oxidant is gone. To avoid the such condition, after peel and cut it, please soak into a water and put a pinch of salt. Soak it about 10-15 minutes and toast it. Then you can stor it in a storage like any other container or tupperware is better. I choose tupperware because it is tight and when i open it, the freshness is still there. I divide it to the 5 tupperwares and every morning before going out to work, of coz i bring it one...for the snack of the day.(I have to avoid grape and lemon because it contain vitamin C and i can't take much or else will be semput!)
