Musyidah is a dietitian from Swiss Concept and she talked about metabolisme. From what i understood, when we became older, our metabolisme rates became more slower and if we didn’t do any activity, it will lead us to a bad life. So, avoid sedentary life style (attention to myself too...hehe). Do some exercise and make sure you sweat around. When you sweat, it means you are healthy.
And back to the chef, he demonstrated a simple food for audiens..savory crepes with mum’s relish or else lempeng gulung dengan inti tomato and the other is tomato infused with mascarphone...sedap! Aku tengok macam simple tapi bila taste..woohoo meletops and the most important things, it’s yummeh!

Tomato infused with mascarpone:
Filling 1: (Campur kesemua dan masak)
150 gm fresh ripe tomato-blanch and remove skin
250 gm strawberry puree
50 gm sugar (boleh modified, kalu tamau manis, nyahkan gula)
Filling 2 (Mix it and mixer till thick)
250 gm mascarpone cheese
350 gm light cooking cream
Crumble (Buat macam nak kacau doh and bake)
100 gm butter
100 gm sugar
200 gm flour
6 gm salt.
* Susun ketiga2 bahan seperti benda dalam gelas tu...sedap gua cakap lu!
